Before labour accepts the job: Full refund (if any prepayment exists).
After labour accepts but before arrival: 50% refund (labour holding fee).
After labour arrives or once work has started: No refund applicable.
2. Labour Cancellation
If a labourer cancels after accepting the job, the Hirer receives a 100% refund.
Labourer may be penalized or face temporary/permanent suspension based on repeated behaviour.
3. Platform Fees
Platform/service fees are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be issued only if cancellation occurs due to a verified system or technical failure caused by the platform.
4. Dispute Policy
Refund-related disputes must be raised within 24 hours of job completion or cancellation.
Users must provide relevant proof such as images, OTP logs, or communication records.
All disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the GigManav support team.
5. Final Decision
All refunds are processed solely at the discretion of Prathysta Constructions. The platform reserves the right to approve, decline, or partially refund any payment after internal verification.
