Terms of Use – Hirer

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the Hirer mobile application ("App") and services provided by Prathysta Constructions ("Company", "We", "Us"). By creating an account, the Hirer ("You") agrees to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate identity and KYC details.

3. Services Provided

• Posting labour work requirements (jobs).
• Viewing labour profiles, ratings, proximity, and availability.
• Hiring labourers for temporary or permanent work.
• OTP-based work start and completion confirmation.

4. Hirer Responsibilities

• Provide truthful work details: location, category, working hours, and payment.
• Ensure a safe and lawful working environment.
• Make payments promptly as per agreed rates.
• Maintain respectful communication and behavior.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Posting fraudulent or misleading job requests.
• Payment evasion or manipulation.
• Harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behavior toward workers.
• Misusing worker data (contact details, photos, addresses).

6. Payment Terms

• Payments may be collected via cash, UPI, or wallet (if enabled).
• Platform or service fees may apply and will be displayed before booking.

7. Ratings & Reviews

Ratings must reflect genuine experience and must not contain abusive, defamatory, or falsified content.

8. Liability

• The Company acts only as a digital marketplace connecting Hirers and Labourers.
• The Company is not the employer of labourers.
• The Hirer is responsible for assessing labourer suitability.
• The Company is not liable for property loss, misbehavior, or work-related disputes.

9. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraud or illegal activity
• Harassment or misconduct
• Repeated job cancellations
• Violation of any platform policy

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be handled first through customer support. Unresolved matters fall under the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
