GigManav Service Policy

Overview

GigManav, operated by Prathysta Constructions, provides a digital platform connecting Hirers (Employers) with Labourers (Workers) for short-term and on-demand work opportunities.

By accessing our website, using the mobile application, creating an account, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to comply with these Service Terms.

1. Platform Service Terms

By using GigManav, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are legally capable of entering into contracts.
• You will use the Platform for lawful and safe work activities only.

You must NOT use the Platform to:

• Hire labourers for illegal, hazardous, or unregulated work.
• Violate labour laws or government-mandated guidelines.
• Upload forged documents or impersonate another individual.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, misuse, security violations, or breach of terms.

You must NOT attempt to bypass or manipulate:

• OTP verification
• GPS location tracking
• Job allocation or payment systems

3. Information Accuracy

GigManav relies on user-submitted information. While labourers undergo KYC verification, GigManav does not guarantee:

• Skill level
• Behaviour or performance
• Accuracy of all data

4. Modifications to Service

We may update or change features including job posting, matching algorithms, service fees, or settlements without prior notice.

5. Services on the Platform

The platform offers:

• Real-time GPS-based labour matching
• KYC-verified labour profiles
• OTP-based job start and completion
• Secure payment workflow
• Ratings & reviews

We do NOT guarantee:

• Labourer acceptance for every job
• Job completion within expected time
• Skill certifications unless we explicitly validate them

6. Billing, Payments & Charges

For Hirers

• Job amount + platform fee must be paid.
• Once Start-Work OTP is verified, payment becomes non-refundable except under specific refund rules.

For Labourers

• Payout is released after successful job completion.
• Deductions may include commissions, penalties, and TDS.

7. Optional Tools & Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services such as payment gateways, GPS APIs, verification tools, or communication systems. These providers may have their own terms.

8. User Content & Conduct

Users may share feedback, documents, or reviews. However, uploading the following is prohibited:

• Fake or forged documents
• Abusive or misleading content
• Data intended to defraud or manipulate the system

9. Prohibited Uses

• Using fake GPS or falsifying location
• Sharing OTPs with unauthorized persons
• Harassing or threatening users
• Manipulating job listings or payments

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

GigManav is a technology platform. We are not an employer, contractor, or labour agency.

We are not responsible for:

• Injuries, damages, or losses caused during jobs
• Behaviour or performance of users
• Platform downtime or technical issues

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify GigManav against claims arising from misuse, violations, disputes, or fraud.

12. Termination

We may terminate accounts without notice for policy violations, fake KYC, OTP fraud, or misuse of the platform.

13. Governing Law

All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
